Homiwoo, a platform for real estate market valuation and analysis, and Loré, publisher of the WIM property tax optimization software, have entered into a partnership.

Together, Loré and Homiwoo are joining forces to support their respective users in the financial management of their property portfolios.

The real estate industry is undergoing major transformations and becoming increasingly financialized. As a result, it is now essential for social housing operators to equip themselves with high-performance tools to navigate the financial challenges they inevitably face.

Loré develops WIM, a software solution designed to monitor and reduce property taxes. Homiwoo is a platform dedicated to the valuation and analysis of residential real estate markets.

Thanks to this partnership, all WIM users will be able to assess the value of all or part of their real estate assets directly from their financial and tax management web portal. In just milliseconds, indicators such as market value, price per square meter, high and low value ranges, and an estimate of the time to sell will be available. These figures will be provided in real time via API (an IT solution that allows applications to communicate with each other), directly from Homiwoo’s data services.

This initial step in the technological integration of the two platforms will offer users a comprehensive and holistic view of their portfolios.

Antoine Valette, Sales Director at Loré, explains:

"The financial context of the residential real estate sector calls for increasingly advanced management and decision-support tools. This collaboration with Homiwoo enables us to provide our users with a high-value-added technological solution to support strategic decision-making within their organizations."

William Violet, President and Co-founder of Homiwoo, adds:

"Social housing is undergoing profound change. The profiles of executives are evolving. Where once technical experts led housing operators, today, leadership is increasingly assumed by individuals with financial backgrounds. This shift reflects the growing financial constraints they face. Our partnership offers a powerful response to these new challenges."
